The CPC Mission provides monthly financial support to a province in Southeast Asia where the churches are regularly persecuted. In addition to this, we meet once a year with the pastors, their wives and church leadership to shower them in love, encouragement, and Biblical training. Because of the pressures they face, we have remained purposely vague about the location of these churches. Please contact us to find out more!
In Northern Thailand there is a children’s home known as the Village of Hope which rescues at-risk children and provides them with hope for a new future. CPC Missions works side by side with the Village to serve the persecuted churches, and last year two of our long-term missionaries lived at the Village of Hope full time. We regularly send a short-term team to encourage the children and staff, as well as financial support throughout the year.
It is impossible to visit the Village of Hope and not be instantly connected with the kids who call it home. We spend as much of our free time as possible playing with the children, reading them books, listening to their stories and allowing them to dig deeply into our hearts. CPC Missions provides resources for clothing, food, games, toys and anything else the children might need as they grow and learn about God’s deep love for them.
The CPC Mission Team is redefining what it means to have a connection with our world-wide community. We are one of the first churches to engrain ourselves in the lives of Christ Followers who face persecution everyday in Southeast Asia. Their home province is so remote that it is easy to feel isolated and forgotten. In addition to our monthly financial support, we travel across the world to meet with the pastors face to face. We learn their names and their stories. The Village of Hope acts as our base-of-operation as we equip the church leaders with Bible training and cover them with love, encouragement and prayer. It is our goal to help these church leaders grow their ministries, and to support the projects that God has already inspired in their home towns. We are the hands and feet of Jesus, extending to remind them that they are not forgotten and that they are an important part of the Body of Christ.
